How to use : (1) Pour-1packet of super oreal blanc into a non-metallic container. (2) For Foil or Plastic-Wrap TECHNIQUES,MIX with 1.7 to 2.5 fl. oz. of 20 or 30 volume oreor creme developer depending on degree of lightness desired, until consistency is thick, smooth and creamy. FOR OPEN AIR TECHNIQUES, MIX with 1.7 fl.oz. of 20,30 or 40 volume oreor creme developer, depending on degree of lightness desired. Do not use siquid developer. (3) Processing-Allow bleach mixture to remain on the hair until desired degree of lightness is achieved (4) Rinse-thoroughly, making sure all bleach is removed from hair. (5) Shampoo-hair twice
