Store Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.)


To start a return, you can contact us at 
info@missabeautysupply.com. If your return is accepted, note that you will will need to send us the items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. You can always contact us for any return question at info@missabeautysupply.com.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Nail Implements (ex: Nail Tools, Cuticle Nippers, Tweezers), Hair Products (ex: Hair Pieces, Brushes, Clips), Wigs, Cosmetics & Nail Polish, Shears, Scissors, Blades, Clipper Blades, & Trimmer Blades, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If a returned products are approved for a refund, you will receive a refund through the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.).

 

Also, it may take up to 30 days to reflect on a bank or credit card statement.

  • Shipping costs will be refunded only if we ship incorrectly or defective.
